SZG系列振動(dòng)輸送機(jī) 　　

  SZG系列振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)是一種重要的慣性振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)，該機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，形式與規(guī)格多樣，可滿(mǎn)足不同使用環(huán)境要求，廣泛用于各行業(yè)對(duì)各種小塊狀，顆粒狀及粉狀物料的中短距離輸送。 　　

  SZG系列振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)一般是由振源——振動(dòng)電機(jī)或激振器，承載體，減震支撐，承載基礎(chǔ)及相關(guān)配套附件等組成。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用環(huán)境及輸送物料特性要求，輸送機(jī)承載體可采用不同材料分別加工成U形槽和管狀等結(jié)構(gòu)形式，并可按有無(wú)密封要求制作成敞開(kāi)型或封閉型，以滿(mǎn)足不同工藝流程，由于設(shè)備承載體是金屬制件，且潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)遠(yuǎn)離物料，因此該機(jī)不僅可以輸送各種常溫，普通物料，而且可以輸送多種高溫，有毒等非常規(guī)物料;若對(duì)承載體施行特殊加工，則在輸送過(guò)程中可實(shí)現(xiàn)物料的篩選，干燥，加溫，冷卻等工藝要求。 　　

  SZG系列振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)可設(shè)計(jì)為座式或吊掛式安裝，亦可配置調(diào)控閥門(mén)，作業(yè)平臺(tái)等接口設(shè)施。 　　

  SZG Vibrating Conveyor 　　SZG series vibrating conveyor/feeder is an important inertia vibrating conveyor. Its simple structure and various forms and specifications can meet the requirements from different application backgrounds in various industry, it is widely applied to short and intermediate transportation of small block,  granular, and power material. 　　SZG series vibration conveyor consists of vibration source- vibration motor or vibration excitor, supporting body ,vibration damper, load-supporting base and other accessories.According to the working environment and specific requirement of the material,the supporting body of the conveyor can be shaped as U groove and tubular.It can also be made in opening type and sealing type to satisfy different technological process. Because the supporting body of the conveyor is made of metal and its lubricating points is far from materials .it can not only transport the common materiel in normal temperature ,but also convey the poison-contained materiel in high temperature . If making additional work on the supporting body, other technological requirements can be realized during transportation, such as filtration, dryness, warming-up and cooling of the material.
